“On today’s show you will meet two amazing women who have stories to share that will inspire you to overcome any challenges – big or small –and go for your dreams.”
I’m talking with model and body positivity influencer, Kelly Crump who made history as the first woman with a visible mastectomy scar to pose for the Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue and multipreneur, voice actor, and singer/songwriter Jennifer Knight. Both women were diagnosed with breast cancer and are now rocking midlife.
Here’s what we’re dishing about:
• How to feel empowered, courageous, and strong.
• Tips for loving exercise
• Going bold and big
• Feeling sexy again even after scars and reconstruction
• Body confidence tips
• Changing your mindset
• Learning from your past, rather than run from it
It’s going to be a powerful show that will inspire you to go for your dreams and rock your midlife.

Jennifer Knight
Jennifer Knight is a multipreneur living in the Napa Valley. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and worked in healthcare for 15 years. But when she became pregnant with her first child in 2008, her creative side was calling, so she left therapy to become a Voice Actor. Her voice has been heard around the globe in corporate videos, national TV & radio commercials, video games—even toys! A few years later she started a passion project with her husband, Ohm Coffee Roasters. But after a heath crisis in 2019, she found Life Coaching. Jen experienced so much healing transformation (she lost 25 pounds, quit alcohol and sugar, her relationships improved, she even made friends with her critical inner voice) that she became certified as a coach herself through The Life Coach School, and earned an advanced certification in Trauma Informed coaching. On top of all that, she is a professional singer/songwriter and recording artist. Her band, Mama Said, plays venues and festivals (with the likes of Pink, Metallica, and The Black Crowes) and they are releasing an album produced in LA by Jim McGorman of the Goo Goo Dolls—so she’s LITERALLY rocking midlife.
