More About My Guests

Judy Arazoza
Judy owns and operates Grateful Fitness, a strength program for women over forty. A pro body builder in her fifties, she is a podcaster, influencer, wife of 39 years and grandmother to 5 grandchildren. Her core value is to improve the lives of others by uplifting women through awareness, physical activity, and embracing an attitude of gratitude. She believes women attain this confidence in large part by strength training which very often coincides with cultivation of other forms of strength from within.

Dr. Lucy Burns
Australian-based Dr. Lucy Burns is a general practice and lifestyle medicine physician who helps women in midlife rebalance their mind and body through low carb, real food programs. At her clinic, through her online business Real Life Medicine, and on her podcast Real Health and Weight Loss Podcast, she helps women unlearn toxic diet culture and tap into science that promotes long-lasting health and permanent weight loss. In 2018, Lucy began her own shift to a low-carb, real food lifestyle, which ultimately resulted in 20 kgs/44 lbs lost. For years, muscular dystrophy had impaired her movement making it impossible to use exercise for weight management, and she had become insulin resistant. Since then, Lucy has helped hundreds of women achieve low-carb eating through real, whole foods with her 12-Week Mind Body Rebalance program. With her collegue Dr. Mary Barson, she runs successful online programs that address both the physiological and psychological causes of weight gain and obesity.
