Kindness matters! It is a strength, a superpower that has the capacity to transform lives and change the world.
Unfortunately, as today’s guest Donna Cameron writes, “it is in short supply these days.” The good news is that we can all learn to be kinder to ourselves and each other.
Today’s show is going to inspire you and give you the skills to live kindly. You’ll also discover the difference between kindness and being nice. Plus, you’ll discover why kindness can help you live a happier, healthier life and how to be kinder to yourself.
You can catch the show live on VoiceAmerica Variety at 2 pm (LINK IN BIO) or listen to the replay on your favorite podcast platform.
More About My Guest

Donna Cameron
Donna Cameron spent her career working with nonprofit organizations and causes, where she saw kindness in action and was awed by its power to transform. While she considered herself a reasonably nice person (with occasional lapses into bitchiness), she knew that true kindness asks more of us. When she committed to a year of living kindly, she learned that it takes practice, patience, and understanding . . . and a sense of humor helps, too. Her book, A YEAR OF LIVING KINDLY, is in its 8th printing. It’s been recognized with more than a dozen literary awards, and several foreign language editions are now available.
