“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.”
Helen Keller
At midlife there is often a strong desire to get unstuck and transform your life and make your next chapter your best chapter. But how do you do it? Transformation is different for everyone, but there are many tools that can help you and people who can inspire you. Today’s guest will do both.
Our first guest, Ora Nadrich is a pioneering Mindfulness expert who will help you to connect with your higher consciousness, which she says brings us to the divine power that awaits. Instead of busily looking for answers outside of ourselves, and relying on distractions, stimulants, materialism and other external influences, Ora says we have inner resources to become more awake, present and aware. She’ll share how you can tough this mystical place by practicing mindfulness. It’s a way to rein in our random thoughts and hold us in present moment awareness. As we stay focused on the present, we’re able to look more deeply into what we’re actually feeling in that moment — and in our awareness, to transcend limited thoughts and beliefs and raise our consciousness.
Seven years ago, our second guest Antoinette Lee Toscano recovered from a traumatic brain and spinal cord injury, reversed lupus, improved kidney and gallbladder function, high cholesterol and blood pressure, significantly reduced instances of migraines, and now manages multiple chronic conditions. How did she do it? She received the gift of outdoor recreation when she learned to whitewater kayak. Today, as a 54-year-old all-around adventure sportswoman and sponsored athlete, Antoinette will tell you how to create your new normal and live as big a life as you can envision through the ‘New Normal Big Life’ process.
Join us as we help midlife women get real, discover who they are, and get the tools to navigate life.

Antoinette Lee Toscano
Seven years ago, Antoinette was debilitated by a traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury resulting from her military service. She has an upcoming–Spring 2023 book with the working title of ‘Four Hours to Live. Memoir of a Woman Soldier.’ At the time, she was using a walker, service, dog and had a full-time caregiver. Today, she is a fifty-four-year-old sponsored adventure sports athlete who is often mistaken for a millennial. How did she recover, reverse lupus, improve kidney and gallbladder function, high cholesterol and blood pressure, significantly reduce instances of migraines, and now manages multiple chronic conditions? She received the gift of outdoor recreation when she learned to whitewater kayak. Today, as a 54-year-old all-around adventure sportswoman and sponsored athlete, Antoinette will tell you how to create your new normal and live as big a life as you can envision through the ‘New Normal Big Life’ process.
